When does the 180 days end for the DAO to enact sales fees?

I’m trying to better understand what is stated in the governance document.

It is clearly written that the community will be able to vote after 180 days and decide whether to change the blur protocol fees.
He also says it will be possible to fund community projects through the DAO treasury.
